Lovely picture but some confusion

The final product was very nice. I liked how they checked in with me mid process to see if the colors and picture where as expected. This was useful because I wanted the blue to be more aqua and they fixed it. The one thing that I ended up being confused about and surprised when I got the painting, was that it wasn’t framed. In their photo it is framed which leads you to believe that that’s what you’re going to receive. You need to look further into the details to realize they are unframed. Because I got such a large picture I had to spend another $200 to have it framed.
