Artwork

All of our paintings are 100% hand-made, original and unique pieces of art. 

The paintings are results of genuine craftsmanship which shows in the art itself.

All our paintings are made of oil and acrylic paint.

We use non-toxic oil and acrylic paint and highest grade cotton canvas. 

The end result are paintings that tolerate increased humidity, are free from odor and do NOT fade over time. 

Yes this is possible. We paint every painting on order so we are able to modify the size with the artist as you wish. You can send us details at info@hilacreations.com so we can discuss it with the artist and get the best price for you.

We are an art collective with our HQ located in Essen, Germany.

Since we are an art collective, there are several artists.

Yes, All of our paintings are signed. 

Soon after you place your order, you will get photo and video previews of your painting. You will be able to request modifications. We will only ship your painting once you confirm you like it. In case you don't like the modified sample, we will refund you.

Yes, You can hang your painting as you wish.

Yes. Since all paintings are shipped as rolled canvas, you can take your painting to a local framer and he can stretch and frame it for you.

Payment

At checkout you can choose to pay by debit-, credit card or Paypal. 

Yes, we offer a number of different currencies, please just click on the USD tab and select the currency you prefer.

Unfortunately we don't offer this service yet.

Yes, You can pay through Paypal. While checkout please select Paypal as the payment method.

You can apply your discount code during checkout. If your discount code could not be applied, please contact us at info@hilacreations.com, we can issue a refund to you for the discount amount.

Shipping and Returns

There is no shipping charge added to the price of the painting when you shop with us. The price you see for the painting is also the price you'll pay at checkout; no additional costs for shipping or extra payment fees will be added. 

Due to the hand-painting and drying process, all orders are processed and fulfilled within 10 business days. Once fulfilled, orders are shipped within 1 business day. Average shipping times range between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location. 

US, CA: 7 business days

AU, NZ: 10 business days

EU: 5 business days 

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.  

For returns, please contact us at info@hilacreations.com with the subject 'Return' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

*Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items

Since we are an art collective, it depends on which piece you would like to purchase. 

Our satisfaction guarantee is active for 30 days post delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund. For returns, please email info@hilacreations.com with the subject 'Returns‘ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. 

All paintings are shipped as a carefully rolled up canvas, placed in a protective tube.

We carefully roll up the cotton canvas and place it in a protective tube and then ship out.
