Returns and Refunds
Our satisfaction guarantee is active for 30 days post delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We accept cancellations only within 48 hours after the order has been placed.
Orders that have no response on the approval request within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund or cancellation of the order.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Due to the hand-painting process, All orders are processed within 10 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped within 1 business day. Average shipping times range between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location.
All paintings are shipped out without frame. This is done to make shipping worldwide possible. For any other questions please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
