Refund policy

You may find it difficult to accept your ordered painting(s) after seeing them. In that case, return your painting(s) and get a 100% full refund. No questions asked.


  1. We accept cancellations only within 48 hours after the order has been placed.

Refund policy:

  1. Return your order within 30 days of receiving it,
  2. Choose between getting a free replacement or a full refund.

How to return your painting:

  1. Please email with the subject “Returns” and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
  2. Let us know if you’d like a full refund or a free replacement.
  3. Note: in case of a free replacement, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  4. We will confirm your request within 1 business day.
  5. You're able to ship your painting back to us with a tracking code.
  6. Get your full refund once we receive the package. 

Why refunds almost never happen to us:

  1. We offer photos and videos of the finished painting before we ship it to you.
  2. We only ship your painting once you approve it.
  3. We can always apply customizations and edits to the previews we send you based on your liking.
  4. The actual painting looks many times better in person than online.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
