- We accept cancellations only within 48 hours after the order has been placed.
- Return your order within 30 days of receiving it,
- Choose between getting a free replacement or a full refund.
How to return your painting:
- Please email email@example.com with the subject “Returns” and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
- Let us know if you’d like a full refund or a free replacement.
- Note: in case of a free replacement, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- We will confirm your request within 1 business day.
- You're able to ship your painting back to us with a tracking code.
- Get your full refund once we receive the package.
Why refunds almost never happen to us:
- We offer photos and videos of the finished painting before we ship it to you.
- We only ship your painting once you approve it.
- We can always apply customizations and edits to the previews we send you based on your liking.
- The actual painting looks many times better in person than online.
